John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band fue el primer álbum de estudio de John Lennon luego de la separación de The Beatles. Tanto John como Yoko Ono se habían sometido a la Terapia del Grito Primal del Dr. Arthur Janov y la influencia de este tratamiento es profunda en este disco de Lennon. Este documental que fue dirigido por Matthew Longfellow en el 2008, explora la creación del álbum a través de nuevas entrevistas, material filmico de archivo y un análisis detallado de los masters originales en los estudios Abbey Road. Se aprecian declaraciones de Ringo Starr, Yoko Ono, Klaus Voorman, Billy Preston, los ingenieros Phil McDonald y Richard Lush, el fundador de la revista Rolling Stone Jann S.
